Ashley Damaj, BCBA, MSW, CN, CPT

Founder, CEO

I am a professional coach who focuses on all facets of health and well-being using an integrative approach which looks at how behavioral variables impact measures of progress in all domains. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Cornell trained Nutritionist, USC trained masters level therapist, and certified Personal Trainer.

I have worked in a Director level position at a Fortune 5 corporation, as well as clinically in a variety of therapeutic settings (juvenile hall, domestic violence centers, in-home therapy, facility settings, etc.) with diverse clientele of all ages using CBT, ACT and Behavior Analytic modalities for two decades. My focus is working with women over 40 to achieve adherence to their goals through the use of behavior modification and professional coaching strategies. I specifically focus on body recomposition (reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle), hormone balance, and mindset to achieve the client’s ideal life design.

Megan Anderson is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with Specializations in Women's Fitness and Fitness Nutrition.

She has been helping clients meet their goals in health since 2017 all over the United States.

From Me: "As a wife, mom and professional I know how hard it can be to focus on yourself and reach your goals - I believe that when you set your mind to something and create the priority of it in your life and routine - you can accomplish it. One step at a time!

Funny Fact - She has a hard time shopping at stores like Walmart, Costco and Target because you can essentially have meat and underwear in the same cart... and it just feels wrong! (by the way she still shops in those stores just not for those items during the same shopping trip)
